Our Digital Transformation framework is building the technology and digital tools of the future with a strategic focus on the product release process. The position is a vital role for the Digital Transformation Automated Product Release program and is an excellent opportunity if you are passionate about building groundbreaking capabilities and working in a multi-functional environment!This role will interact primarily with business/site representatives, IT, Quality Leadership, and key Domain Experts from the MedTech sites with additional key interactions from other groups including Project Management, technical Scrum Teams and Regulatory Affairs. The individual will own the intake, development and refinement of user stories as part of the APR playbook and input into the overall strategies for scalable solutions across MedTech. Daily activities will include but not limited to attending scrum ceremonies, using Agile tools such as Jira, refine user stories with business and site team members and looking for standard solutions. In addition GEMBA walks will be performed to provide process mapping of manufacturing processes and capture key value opportunities that fit into the Global Templates of the technical solutions and digital applications. Candidates must be self-motivated, independent and have an eagerness to learn and work as a team, and a desire to thrive in a multifaceted environment.This role provides opportunity to enhance or build global solutions and see them come to life with deployment to realize the future technology ecosystems of MedTech to digitize and optimize the product release processes. The realization of building our new digital tool portfolio will drive growth, delivery, quality, and cost improvements while moving toward a future state of proactive Quality. A critical element will be leading the scale up of these target solutions within MedTech driving seamless integration and establishment of standard process around the systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as a Business Analyst for multiple digital applications.
• Manages new features and/or enhancements to a product and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories.
• Provides recommendations to help shape the squad, vision and roadmap to aligns solutions oriented around business impact.
• Shape and prioritize backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency.
• Act as the "voice of the customer" within the squad to ensure the squad "builds the right thing".
• Supports Product Manager to establish the products' business value and leadership management & communication.
• Participate in release planning, sprint planning and demos with site customers and Quality leadership.
• Integrate with other Squads within the Product to implement cross-squad tasks.
• In partnership with the Technical Product Owner and Business Process Owner, they ensure that system requirements meet standards for security, compliance and data privacy.
• Key member in successful integration of new product and features at the site in partnership with JJT.\r\r
