Planning/ Scheduling Supervisor

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in any business, operations or technical field of study; or equivalent experience, and eight (8) years of planning/scheduling experience; or a Master's Degree and six (6) years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for project execution.Experience implementing schedules on multiple Earned Value Management (EVM) programs.Experience with schedule risk analysis and DCMA 14-point assessments.Understanding of DoD acquisition and program management processesKnowledge of project management best practices.Must be able to obtain and maintain DBIDS.Typical Education and Experience:8+ Years with HS6+ Years with AA4+ Years with BS2+ Years with MSPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills PMI-SP Certification PreferredEVMS knowledge PreferredU.S. Naval Ship Repair experience desirable. Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
