Job Description:
A company is looking for a HIM Associate II to manage
documentation integrity and the release of protected health
information.
Key Responsibilities
Log and monitor release of information requests in the Epic
system
Review and evaluate requests for compliance with policies and
regulations
Retrieve and provide requested electronic records in the required
format
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook
Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and
email
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Outstanding time management skills
