Traveling Wellness Director - RN Required Vitality Living is adding to our regional wellness team and is seeking an experienced RN to take on the role of Wellness Specialist. In this role, you will Function as Interim Wellness Director for multi-state communities including overseeing interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling. Train newly hired Wellness Directors or wellness leadership staff. Conduct regular quality enhancement visits for assigned communities to ensure compliance with both state and company policies. Complete nursing assessments, auxiliary evaluations of residents, and other evaluations addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Establish and maintain quality of care systems to ensure residents receive care as outlined on individual resident service plans. and more! The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license in good standing with at least 3 years leadership experience in an assisted living or memory care setting.
