Your responsibilities as a Card Disputes & Discrepancies Representative:

• Manage credit/debit card disputes & discrepancies, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and accurately. - - - -
• Review member-submitted disputes, assess liability (including an understanding of Regulation E), and input details into applicable systems. - - - -
• Analyze and correct card reports when they are out of balance, escalating issues to PSCU or other applicable systems as necessary. - - - -
• Balance accounts with an understanding of general ledger basics, which includes managing debits and credits. - - - -
• Utilize Excel proficiently for data management and analysis. - - - -
• Work independently & collaboratively to manage tasks and shifting priorities throughout the day. - - - -
• Communicate effectively with members to gather necessary information when investigating issues.What You Bring:

  • Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, one (1) year of experience in credit/debit card disputes/discrepancies, balancing accounts & general ledger functions, preferably in a financial institution. - - - -
