Provide vision and direction for departmental team and DC management. Monitor business trends to identify technologies and practices that best align with company goals. Analyze current market strategies, development tools, infrastructure planning and design. Identify automation, operational layout and packaging opportunities to increase efficiencies. Provide recommendations for future technologies and analytic applications consistent with BJ's business and computing strategies.2. Administration of the E-Commerce operation to include: (1) receiving of product, picking, packing and shipping of customer orders; (2) communication between Home Office, outside vendors and senior Logistics management regarding overages, shortages and damages; (3) analyze trends in support of returns and damage reduction; (4) overseeing all customer returns; accurately tracking all discrepancies to ensure minimum shrink; (5) management of all processes in the E-Commerce Operation; (6) ensuring 100% accuracy in all processes; and (7) reviewing and filing all documentation pertaining to the E-Commerce process. 3. Systemic control of all inventory through the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Vconnect and the shipping software. 4. Manage and train E-Commerce team members in all aspects of the operation to include receiving, order processing, returns and systemic functions. Establish performance management guidelines for E-Commerce fulfillment.5. Monitor and control all inventory discrepancies by reviewing, researching, and reporting all issues to Home Office Logistics Financial Control Department and Senior Logistics Management. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $71,500.00.Required
