Description: Position Summary Wind River Environmental, services and repairs municipal, commercial, and residential wastewater systems. We are currently hiring for the CCTV hydro-jetting crew in Orlando, FL. This position is primarily responsible for operating hydro-jetting and CCTV video inspection equipment for municipal and commercial customers. Must have a CDL, experience with CCTV work, and be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with management, crew members, and customers. Requirements-- Must have a CDL -- Experience with POSM CCTV and hydro-jetting-- Wastewater/plumbing/pipe diagnostic and repairs experience-- Valid CDL and the ability to comply with DOT regulations-- Ability to successfully pass DOT drug screen and background check -- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace -- Must be able to meet physical demands evaluation Essential Duties and Responsibilities -- Supervise and direct the crew as needed-- Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practices in accordance with WRE and DOT requirements-- Drive a company vehicle to or between customer sites to perform job responsibilities.-- Operate hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment and resolve issues-- Inspects hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment to ensure that it is working properly-- Perform customer service interaction when on work site to ensure customer satisfaction -- Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner -- Other duties as assigned by management Work Environment -- You are regularly exposed outside weather conditions and non-hazardous fumes -- Must be comfortable working independently and interacting with customersKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities -- A background in Sewer Line inspection and repair -- Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience-- Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs. -- Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management. -- Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines. -- Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills. -- Ability to perform basic math functions.
