Fid-- is currently seeking a Tech with Electrophysiology experience
for a 13-week contract in Jacksonville, FL----
Minimum Requirements: 1+ years of experience as a EP Tech.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:--
Current RCES or RCIS License--
Current AHA BLS--
Current AHA ACLS--
Resume with full work history, no gaps
Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months--
Drivers License--
EMR Experience--(Include years of experience, and systems used)
Final RTO or any scheduling requests (cannot exceed 7 days)
Two Supervisory References from the past two years of
employment--
Hours Per Week: 40--
Shift: 4 10hr shifts Rotating times between days/evenings No
weekends or holidays On call requirement only during holidays
