Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. • Performs moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data according to the established guidelines and procedures
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service
• Reviews and approves required account documentation
• Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units
• Maintains knowledge of operational processes and assists in training less experienced team membersLine of Business Job Description:The Institutional Retirement Onboarding and Maintenance group within Wealth Management Operations is responsible for onboarding and off-boarding retirement 401(k), Equity, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, and Employee Stock Purchase plans. The Deconversion Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the deconversion process. Those tasks can include preparing data files for deliver, preparing asset transfer requests, reconciling plan assets, and generating custom plan reporting. The successful Deconversion Specialist will be able to manage multiple projects and appropriately prioritize tasks all while managing risk. The role requires individuals who are analytical in nature and have medium to advance Microsoft Excel skills. Required Skills:
