Applicants must demonstrate safe and effective use of power tools. Hands-on experience in General Maintenance, Basic Carpentry or related fields is a requirement for this position. Individuals with Project Management experience or Electrical Systems will have a significant advantage in leading teams and overseeing refurbishment projects. While a valid driver's license and good driving record are preferred, they are not mandatory for this role. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are essential qualities for potential candidates. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is considered a bonus but not a requirement.
