If you want to grow personally and professionally, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?About the role:This position works with top investment banks, Brokers to design technical and functional solutions and implement products in the Post Trade domain, enable client changes, enable professional services solutions; provide presentations around solutions; support estimations, respond to RFI's and RFP's around the-- services provided, while working with sales.What you will be doing:--- Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment.--- Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues.--- Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.--- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.-----Organized approach - manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirementsWhat you will need:--- Overall, 4+ yrs. experience.-------Hands on knowledge of JAVA, UNIX, Shell scripting, Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL.-----Familiar with Docker, Kafka, WebSphere MQ and Couchbase-----Excellent communicator - ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion-----Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools-----Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally-----Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global teamAdded bonus if you have:-----Have experience in Financial or Capital Market or Fin Tech-------Have functional knowledge in listed derivatives trade clearing domain - trade life cycle, different trade types, clearing houses, clearing scenarios.-------Ability to understand, apply and explain trade life cycle related conceptsEducational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience What we offer you:At FIS, we hire the best.
