Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Advisor (Payer) to assist with
caregiver search and support for families.
Key Responsibilities
Guide members through the caregiver search journey with exceptional
communication
Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to ensure
satisfaction
Document interactions accurately in the electronic health record
system
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Some college-level coursework preferred
At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer
service role or call center environment, or a minimum of two years
in a customer service environment
Previous healthcare experience preferred
