Job Description:
A company is looking for a Public Response Representative -
Hybrid/Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with the digital community through social media, MyNMDP app,
and webchat
Manage community guidelines and respond to member inquiries
Collaborate with the Social Media Team to identify trends and
improve customer service delivery
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent
experience
One to three years of communications experience across multiple
social media channels
Basic word processing and data entry experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
Experience with social media management platforms is preferred
