Genesis10 is currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist BMT with our client in the healthcare industry located in Gainesville, FL. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Compensation: $61.78 - 80.32 per hour + benefits. Compensation is dependent upon skills and experience level. Up to $20k sign-on bonus is available.

Available Shifts: Day Shifts (Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (8 hours)

Responsibilities: Provision comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic
Serve as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy, the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists
Duties will include the coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects

Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed
Work closely with the TCT Clinical Pharmacist, but would also continue some general pharmacy duties such as working with nurses and physicians to come up with medication therapies for patients, verify orders, check off on Pharmacy Tech work, etc.

Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) - Completed a residency in this area and has a few years of recent (within the last year) Pharmacist in an acute hospital setting
Must have Oncology and BMT experience
TCT, CAR-T, or BMT experience
FL Pharmacy License
