*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home health care. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, care plans, and discharge planning to effectively support patients in their rehabilitation journey.
