healthcare beds including a post-acute unit, long-term care,
assisted living, and memory care.We are seeking an LPN whose
primary responsibility is to provide professional supervisory
nursing practice and control the quality of Resident care. Follows
approved medical procedures in all aspects. Complies with company
policies and procedures. We need an LPN for 7am-7pm shift in our

Key Responsibilities: Admits, transfers and discharges Residents as
required. Charts nurses' notes in informative manner, completes
required record keeping, records new diet orders, transcribes
physician's orders, and reports all discrepancies to the Unit
Manager. Prepares and administers medications as ordered by the
physician. Ensures that narcotic records are accurate, disposes of
drugs as required, notifies attending physician of automatic stop
orders. Participates in the orientation of new Resident and family
members of Fleet Landing. Notifies Residents attending physician
and next of kin when there is a change in Resident's condition,
informs family members of the death of a Resident. Monitors your
assigned staff assuring safety regulations are being met. Reviews
Resident care plans, goals, and problems and makes revisions.
Maintains the confidentiality of all Resident care information in
compliance with HIPAA standards. Qualifications: Minimum Education
Required: Must be licensed Practical Nurse. Must hold a valid
license for the State of Florida or show proof of an application
for such. Current valid CPR certification required. Experience:
Must have knowledge of all phases of nursing care to residents and
previous experience in a convalescent home, skilled nursing
facility, or general hospital with supervisory or charge nurse
abilities. Some experience in geriatrics is preferable. Fleet
