Lake Monroe Hospital is a 221-bed acute care hospital. We serve the
communities of Seminole and West Volusia County. At HCA Healthcare,
we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. We are
a Level II Trauma Center. We provide the only full-service
cardiovascular program. Our program offers open-heart surgery and
interventional cardiology. Electrophysiology, cardiac
rehabilitation, and comprehensive diagnostic services are also
offered by this program. Other services that we provide include
orthopedic and spine care, as well as robotic surgery. We offer
acute inpatient medical rehabilitation and complete imaging
services. Job Summary: Demonstrates 24 hour responsibility and
accountability for practice, and quality of care and services
within assigned department. What you will do in this role: Provides
leadership of the Cardiac/Cath and EP clinical services and
programs. Ensures the selection, retention, and assignment of
competent workforce to ensure effective delivery of departmental
services. Demonstrates accountability for clinical practice,
services and administrative activities including fiscal, material
and human resource management.? Maintains and monitors utilization
of resources, physical space, equipment, department protocols,
standards, policies, equipment, and practices. Manages staff
performance through regular review, real time feedback, and
performance planning. Ensures performance reviews are conducted on
time. Actively coaches and mentors staff. Ensures provision of
quality services by maintaining appropriate resources, staffing
levels, competency of staff, maintenance/ and performance of
equipment, instrumentation,?physical space, and training and
education of staff. Develops and fosters effective collaboration
between clinical departments, physicians, and other affiliated
services to ensure an integrated approach in providing services to
meet the needs of the patients served. Supports and recognizes
physicians as important customers. Qualifications:- Bachelor s
Degree- RN, APRN, RCIS, or state registered Radiologic Tech (RT)-
Must have strong RECENT Cath Lab Manager Level experience (3- 5
years) working in Cath/EP labs, ideally at a Trauma Center

trauma center, 3 external freestanding Eds- Reason this is opening:
Current Director is retiring in October- The hospital has a cardiac
interventional program, a structural heart program, an EP program,
and they are a STEMI center- The lab is 3 rooms (1 EP room and 2
interventional labs)- 18 cardiologists on staff- Total target is 18
FTEs (cath lab, EP lab, a Structural Heart Coordinator, a Lead for
EP, and a Lead for Cath Lab)- They do about 140 cases per month
right now across EP and Cath- They are an open heart hospital they
get complex PCIs, cardiac shock wave the cath lab doesn t do the
open heart surgeries, but they ll see complex cath cases. They do
