Job Description:

Seeking front desk personnel for a thriving dental practice located in Mandarin. We are in need of someone who has experience with dental insurance to include verifying eligibility as well as filing dental claims. Other responsibilities: Assisting patients with insurance inquiries and claims processing Managing patient records and ensuring accuracy in documentation Coordinating with dental providers to ensure seamless patient care Participating in office meetings and contributing ideas for improvement Additional job skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues Attention to detail to accurately handle sensitive patient information Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment What makes an ideal candidate: The ideal candidate for this role would have a background in dental office administration, with a strong understanding of dental insurance processes. They should be proactive, organized, and customer service-oriented, with a passion for helping patients navigate their insurance coverage.
