Manay CPA is hiring for one of our esteemed Partners, Ambrosia
Luxury Travel, a premier travel agency based in Turkey,
specializing in promoting Turkey and its surrounding regions as a
luxury travel destination. Dorak USA, on the other hand, focuses on
group and mass business travel arrangements. Both companies are

promoting Turkey as a top-tier destination.Position Overview: The
Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving
business growth and expanding market presence in North America.
This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in both
luxury travel and group/mass business segments. As a remote
position, you will collaborate closely with teams based in Turkey.
The position requires travel to attend tradeshows, events, and
sales calls with key contacts and prospect accounts.Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence
in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
- Identify target markets, key accounts, and industry segments to
maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry
stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, travel
agencies, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate and establish favorable terms and agreements with
partners to enhance service offerings and competitiveness in the
market.
- Lead sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing
accounts in both luxury and group/mass business segments.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with key and
prospect contacts to promote services and secure business
opportunities.
- Represent the companies at industry tradeshows, conferences,
and events to showcase services, network with potential clients,
and stay updated on industry trends.
- Organize and coordinate participation in events, including
logistics, marketing materials, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and
growth.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess business
performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Other duties within the scope of the position may be required
from time to time.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales,
or related roles within the luxury travel and group/mass business
segments.
- Strong understanding of the United States travel market, with
experience in promoting destination-based travel services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
and partners.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work
independently and remotely while delivering against targets.
- Willingness to travel for tradeshows, events, and client
meetings as required.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages
is a plus.
