Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in SBA and USDA lending.

Key Responsibilities

Originate new loans for qualified businesses under SBA and USDA programs
Develop and expand referral relationships to source client and loan opportunities
Manage client relationships from application to loan closing, ensuring ongoing customer service

Required Qualifications and Education

Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of SBA lending experience
Experience in marketing, sales, and business development
Demonstrated success in SBA and USDA lending/sales
Active network of contacts to source SBA and USDA opportunities
