Senior Workforce Management Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Management Professional responsible for workforce forecasting and staff scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee schedules and time off within the Workforce Management application
Conduct performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to meet service goals
Analyze and adjust short-term forecasts and develop staffing scenarios as needed

Required Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
1 or more years of related workforce management experience
3 or more years of scheduling and long-term planning experience for contact centers
Experience with NICE IEX Workforce Management system is preferred
