Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to enhance
customer relationships and elevate their voices within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, execute, measure, and report on customer-focused
marketing campaigns
Conduct customer interviews and analyze voice-of-the-customer
sentiment to inform marketing strategies
Manage online review platforms and improve customer reviews while
addressing negative feedback
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or
related fields
A proactive approach to marketing and multitasking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Data-driven mindset for analyzing customer insights and
feedback
Experience in B2B marketing or building customer programs is a
plus
