Description:SUMMARY OF JOBINTQ Financial is a Division of InBank. INTQ Financial originates SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loans nationally.The principal responsibility of the overseeing all loan servicing activities and managing the portfolio of SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loan assets funded by InBank.
This position is 100% Remote
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in secondary market sales and Community Capital Program participation activities
• Participates in the preparation of the 1502 report
• Participates in the disbursement for multi-disbursement loans
• Monitors and follows on the past due report
• Follow-up monthly for all tickler items
• Participates in the completion of annual reviews
• Works directly with Borrowers and prepares decision memo for approval for all routine servicing actions
• Works directly with Borrowers and SBA / legal counsel on loan liquidations and workouts and all special servicing actions and SBA GTY claims.

  Requirements:JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree PreferredWork Experience: 5+ years of experience in SBA industrySupervisory Experience: 0 years of supervisor experience in leading and managing teams.Licenses/Accreditations: N/AOther Requirements: Proficient working knowledge of financial and spread analysis, credit, lending, and underwriting processes and principles. Proficient working knowledge of credit risk and relationship manager teams. Solid internal and external relationship and communication skills - both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately in a production-oriented environment. Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations regarding credit risk (quality, structure, etc.). Ability to think critically, operate independently, and take accountability. Occasional travel may be required for meetings/training. Must be able to use fingers, hands, and wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, and operating a telephone.Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical thinking and problem solving. Strong attention to detail and accuracy; professional and courteous communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate between key internal business partners. Proven leadership and people management skills.
